Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit treating a diverse range of patients. You will care for individuals including :
Post-operative patients from craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.Patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.Patients requiring medical overflow care.What You'll Do :
Provide evidence-based patient care by utilizing the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.Exercise clinical judgment and strong communication skills to enhance the patient experience.Why Join Us?

Registered Nurse license in your practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience Required :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Ability to provide holistic patient care and adapt to changing situations.Demonstrates proficiency in communication, organization, and problem-solving.Skills in teamwork, collaboration, and patient-centered decision-making.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
