This hybrid role combines Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities to drive agile delivery of new consumer deposit platform capabilities. Youll lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment while owning the product vision and roadmap.

This hybrid role combines Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities to drive agile delivery of new consumer deposit platform capabilities. Youll lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment while owning the product vision and roadmap.

Top Required Skills :

• Must have significant experience as Product Owner who also has experience helping to facilitate Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master.
• Define and prioritize backlog items aligned with deposit product modules (product catalog, rates, fee management, pricing).
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria while working with engineering, QA and LOB stakeholders to deliver functionality.
• Must be able to build dashboards for leadership to ensure traceability.
• Solid background with Jira tool along with agile delivery processes spring planning, daily standups, resource alignment, story creation, definition of ready, definition of done, delivery coordination.
• Strong communication and x-team collaboration required to lead efforts and work in matrix environment.
