Position Summary :

We are seeking a Male QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) or Masters-level clinician to provide individual and group therapy services to adolescents and adults. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, experience working with diverse populations, particularly men and boys, and a strong commitment to holistic and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual, group, and / or family therapy to clients, with a focus on male populations
  • Complete comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client goals and needs
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with other providers and community partners to coordinate care and resources for clients

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required)
  • QMHP designation or eligibility in Illinois (required)
  • Must identify as male, to support gender-specific programming and client comfort
  • Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in Illinois
  • Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience (internship experience considered)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build therapeutic rapport
  • Experience with trauma, mood disorders, and underserved populations is preferred
