We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and support our growing construction team. Accounting Manager Benefits & Compensation

$80,000-$90,000 base salary

Accounting Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Prior experience in the construction industry is required

Skilled in AR / AP, payroll, financial reconciliations, and tax preparation (but not filing)

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Professional demeanor with a commitment to building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across departments

Ability to train 1-2 days a week in Madison, GA for the first few months

Accounting Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with accounting and construction software systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)

Degree in accounting or a related field preferred, but not required

Problem solver, critical thinker, team player
