As an Assistant Service Manager, your responsibilities include :

• Overseeing service in the Front of House
• Enforcing employment policies in collaboration with management
• Approving and overseeing side work
• Providing and supervising training
• Working during peak times to set the pace
• Managing through hands-on supervision, including assisting with service tasks
• Ensuring customer engagement to gather insights and improve experience
• Leading by example to develop employees
• Cross-training employees
• Scheduling designated departments
• Developing sales promotions and conducting rallies
• Ensuring compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Controlling guest flow
• Assisting with liquor inventory and ordering
• Supporting local marketing efforts
• Upholding the restaurant's culture and core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
