  • Summary : Role spans influencer marketing, PR and experiential events, and brand partnerships with a focus on building authentic relationships and elevating the brand in culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Influencer Partnerships and Community Building
  • Support the Head of Brand and Community in the day-to-day strategy and execution of influencer gifting campaigns across platforms targeting content for all channels (email, social media, ad usage, etc.)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion-forward creators, stylists, and cultural voices. Manage gifting / seeding programs, track performance, and continuously refine outreach strategy
  • Stay ahead of creator trends and emerging talent, prioritizing new markets as the brand opens new retail locations and expands wholesale presence
  • Analyze and share influencer & affiliate insights and learnings with leadership and appropriate teams on an agreed upon cadence.
  • PR, Events + Partnerships
  • Support press strategy and build and maintain media relationships across fashion, beauty, business, lifestyle and trade verticals.

  • Build media lists, keep relationships with editors and writers across the industry.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand events — including product launches, press previews, influencer dinners, fashion week activations, new store openings, collaboration activations, and community gatherings
  • Attend all brand events (press days, collaboration launches, etc.) and act as brand representation
  • Support the VP of Communications and Head of Brand + Community to identify and manage partnerships with aligned fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands
  • Project manage all partnership logistics, contracts, and work cross functionally with the content, marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure collaborative cross-channel rollout
  • Community Engagement + Brand Presence
  • Champion our tone of voice and values across every touchpoint — from creator correspondences and direct message to event invites

  • Engage with our growing community, amplify UGC by working with our marketing and content teams, and surface community insights during our weekly Marketing all team meetings
  • Collaborate with social, content, and e-commerce to ensure messaging and activations are consistent and cohesive
  • Qualifications

  • 4–7 years experience in fashion PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, or events
  • Deep understanding of the fashion and cultural landscape
  • Rolodex of influencer, stylist, media, and brand contacts
  • Strong aesthetic eye and ability to maintain brand integrity across everything you touch
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution
  • Proactive, collaborative, highly organized
  • Experience in DTC, luxury, or contemporary fashion
  • Familiarity with tools like Launchmetrics, ShopMy, Shopify, Asana, and Slack
  • Passion for emerging talent, cultural storytelling, and building meaningful brand moments

  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation.

  • Able to lift / move / push / pull objects up to 25 lbs.
