Corporate Trust Associate Attorney –| $225k–$345k| Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Trust Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its Finance Practice Group in Charlotte. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of capital markets transactions with a focus on structured finance .

What You’ll Do :

Advise clients on corporate trust and structured finance transactions.

Draft and negotiate deal documents for a variety of capital markets matters.

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in a fast-paced finance practice.

Gain exposure to sophisticated deals and high-profile clients.

What We’re Looking For :

2–5 years of experience in corporate trust, structured finance, or capital markets transactions

Excellent writing, academic, and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and ability to manage substantial responsibility

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary range : $225,000 – $345,ooo , commensurate with experience
