Job descriptionEvaluate commercial properties to assess project scope, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure accurate cost estimates. Analyze project specifications and plans to create cost estimates for building, installing, and replacing commercial security systems. Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses necessary to complete the project. Develop proposals which include cost breakdowns, timelines, and project details. Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers. High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years' experience in security solutions and sales or related field preferred. Estimating experience preferred but not necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Occasional travel is required for on-site meetings, client visits, or project-related activities.
