ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Nathan Sulack State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and ability to develop rapport with prospects allows you to identify their needs, recommend solutions and earn their business. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.QUALIFICATIONS :
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) strongly preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferredAbility to effectively relate to a customerIllinois Property, Casualty, Life, & Health licenses - must be able to obtainBENEFITS :
