Job Title : Business Systems Analyst

Location : Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Birmingham, Dallas, or Phoenix (3x / week in office)

Pay Rate : $60-$65 / hr

Duration : 6+ months, contract-to-hire opportunity

Job Description :

We’re seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst Lead to join our client's team in the financial industry. This hybrid role blends business systems analysis with Scrum Master responsibilities, supporting data-driven decision-making and Agile project delivery across financial platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Anti-Money Laundering systems, PL / SQL, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams
• Conduct data analysis, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization across 30+ applications
• Facilitate Agile / Scrum ceremonies and manage project documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Support Anti-Money Laundering systems and database operations using PL / SQL
