Job Title : IT Support Applications Analyst

Location-Type : Hybrid (Wilmington, DE - 3 days onsite)

Start Date Is : June 23 or ASAP

Duration : Contract through End of 2025 (likely to extend)

Compensation Range : $25-29 / hr on W2 ONLY (no c2c)

Job Description :

Provide Tier 1-2 support for research-focused digital applications, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service for scientific end users.

\n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

\n

\n

  • Troubleshoot issues within EDL, ELNs, and Chemdraw applications

\n

  • Sort and route incoming requests to appropriate business units

    • \n

  • Convert reports to PDF / A for server storage

    • \n

  • Manage user access through Azure Active Directory

    • \n

  • Interface with scientists and researchers to resolve technical issues

    • \n

  • Collaborate on continuous application improvements

    • \n

  • Document issues and feedback for future upgrades

    • \n \n

    Requirements : \n \n

  • Must-Haves :

    • \n \n

    Communication experience - changing environment

    \n

  • Active Directory / Azure

    • \n

  • Customer Service

    • \n

  • Application Support (Tier 1-Tier 2)

    • \n \n

    ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook) / / Laboratory Information Systems

    \n

    \n

  • Independent learning and not needing hand held / learn quickly

    • \n

  • Good team worker / understanding updates, improvement, and learning

    • \n

  • Associates or Bachelors

    • \n

  • Someone who has some knowledge on how to code (when there are issues with ELN, not frequent, not an everyday issue)

    • \n

  • Nice-to-Haves :

    • \n \n

    EDL Experience (Electronic Document Library) SIMS, EDL

    \n

  • Material science background / STEM

    • \n

  • Database understanding - SQL - intro / beginning

    • \n

  • Application Servers

    • \n

  • Someone who has communication experience, taking the lead on sending things over
