Shift Options :
Days : 3x12 (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM)Nights : 3x12 (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)Schedule : 36 hrs / week, 4-week schedule blocks, no flipping within the same week
Float : May float to IMCU (stepdown)
💰 Pay Package Offered
Total Hourly Pay : $72.44 / hrTaxable (W2) : $18.00 / hr
Non-Taxable Stipend : $54.44 / hrWeekly Gross : $2,608 / week
Taxable (W2) : $648 / week

Experience : Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience (required)Licensure : Active Wisconsin or Compact RN license (must be in hand at submission)Certifications (Required) :BLS (Basic Life Support – AHA)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support – AHA)NIHSS (Stroke Certification – in hand, hard stop)Skills Needed :Strong CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy)
Ventilator management, ABG interpretation, drips titrationCentral line care, arterial line management, chest tubes, trachsBlood products administration, sedation, emergency medsMust be comfortable with 1 : 2–3 ratiosPreferred : Epic EMR, Teaching hospital or community ICU experience🩺 Unit & Facility Details
