Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated engagement marketing programs across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels-driving awareness, loyalty, and customer retention.

• Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to personalize customer journeys and improve campaign performance.
• Track and analyze KPIs to optimize campaigns in real time, sharing actionable insights with leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Digital, Innovation, Sales) and agency partners to ensure creative excellence and consistent brand messaging.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and asset delivery-keeping campaigns on track and on brand.
• Contribute to content development, messaging strategy, and audience segmentation.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with legal, brand, and data privacy standards.
