Overview
The Judge Group is seeking a driven and experienced Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals in temporary assignments across the country. Responsibilities :
Source and recruit qualified travel RNs, LPNs, and allied health professionals using job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and referral networksEngage with healthcare-specific job boards to identify top travel talentBuild and maintain strong relationships with travel clinicians to ensure a consistent and reliable talent pipelineConduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and alignment with client needsNegotiate pay packages, travel stipends, and assignment details with candidatesPartner with account managers and clients to understand assignment requirements and ensure successful placementsCollaborate with compliance and credentialing teams to ensure timely onboarding and credential verificationMaintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure all documentation is up to dateQualifications
Minimum Requirements :
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in travel healthcare staffingProven success placing travel nurses and / or allied health professionals in temporary assignmentsAbility to manage multiple job orders and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance for travel roles is a plus
