Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, addressing inquiries and concerns
Process orders, track shipments, and resolve billing and delivery issues
Maintain accurate customer information and document interactions in a case management system
Required Qualifications
Must live within the Eastern Time Zone
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Ability to complete training courses by the company-set due date
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required
