Salary Range : $25.00 Per Hour

CommonBond Communities invites qualified applicants to apply for the Advantage Services Coordinator position at our Skyline Tower site in St. Paul, MN. The primary responsibility of the role is to implement resident-centered services and promote community building and engagement through resources, advocacy, crisis intervention, and supportive services to residents. Primary responsibilities include service coordination, housing stability support, program coordination, accurate documentation, and peer mentorship.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND ASSOCIATED TASKS

P rovides comprehensive recovery-oriented case management services for assigned individual residents

Facilitates recovery-oriented, rehabilitative individual activities

Assists residents to positively resolve situations that place tenancy at risk

Works as an effective team member

Maintains timely, accurate, complete, and secure resident records
