Kubota Engine America is seeking a Marketing Specialist to assist the Sr. Marketing Manager in developing marketing strategies to promote the company's products.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for :
Assisting in the creation of engaging content for various channels such as social media, email, and the company website
Planning and coordinating tradeshows and meetings, and managing distributor advertising
Collaborating with other teams on a wide variety of projects
Planning, coordinating, and implementing special events and other meetings, conferences, trade shows, and special projects
Assisting in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers, and managing printing and inventory control
Managing the advertising COOP program, including reviewing claim submissions from distributors and creating quarterly reports
Managing and maintaining the design and content of the KEA website, processing backend updates, and coordinating contact us emails
Extracting and analyzing KEA website analytics on a monthly basis and creating monthly website analytic reports
Maintaining and managing the SharePoint MyKubota portal for Marketing and creating monthly marketing reports
Creating design projects using Canva and managing promotional items on the KEA promotional item online shop
Developing, implementing, and analyzing metrics for enewsletters and creating surveys and summarizing results
Maintaining marketing expenses sheet throughout the year to track and stay on budget
Assisting with the annual operating budget preparation in relation to advertising, marketing, and promotion
Facilitating content for social media and assisting with photo and video shoots
Creating monthly social media analytics and providing recommendations and insights to improve
Assisting in creating presentations and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities
The ideal candidate will have :
Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to comprehend a variety of instructions, both oral and written, and communicate in a professional manner
Excellent presentation skills, strong and clear oral and written communication skills, and excellent analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications, and knowledge of SharePoint
Ability to work with social media management tools, such as Sprout Social, and knowledge of Canva and graphic design software
Ability to work in WordPress and travel approximately 15% of the time, possibly overnight, often with last-minute notice
