THE PURPOSE :
As the Off Price Account Executive Assistant, you will support the wholesale team to drive sales by building and improving relationships with current accounts and daily collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is key in ensuring that all sales functions including account management, market appointments, orders, and customer communications run seamlessly.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
- Support the Director of Sales in all aspects of daily operations.
- Work collaboratively with a team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
- Ownership of TOP and the sample process. Including reviewing, tracking, logging, and sending samples.
- Support all market appointments, which include scheduling, showroom set up, organizing of samples, SMU development, organizing recaps, and all other support roles needed for the market.
- Oversee all aspects of shipping in partnership with Customer Service. Unconfirmed orders, extensions, late WIP, oversolds etc.
- Review and process customer POs in a timely manner.
- Analyze sales, present lines to the buyer, and place buys with merchants / production.
- Strong cross-functional collaborations with merchants on all product needs. Constantly driving newness and elevation in all classifications.
- Help negotiate and close ATS / Inventory deals by maximizing sales and profitability. Pull together image decks for ATS and order sheets for accounts.
- Keep abreast of competitive selling information. Including regular store branching trips.
- Prepare and analyze weekly reports, including shipping and order reports.
- Provide exceptional service to our Retail partners by maintaining a professional and responsive approach.

Experience in a wholesale environment.Advanced Retail Math experience required.Strong analytical and time management skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines..Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
BA / BS degree.Previous experience with Major OP retailers.
