A company is looking for a Compensation Manager - Americas to serve as a strategic consultant on compensation matters across North and South America.
Key Responsibilities
Lead various compensation projects including job titles, annual benchmarking, and salary structure
Collaborate with HR Partners and leadership to address compensation trends and ensure compliance with guidelines
Provide advice on pay decisions and assist with compensation program maintenance and audits
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience required
A minimum of 5 - 8 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on compensation
Experience in North and South Americas compensation or human resources
Highly proficient in Excel and familiar with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
