As an IT Systems & Support Administrator , you will own the day-to-day administration of Trek’s technology ecosystem while ensuring alignment with SEC cybersecurity expectations. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Intune, RMM platforms, Azure VMs, and VoIP, while supporting end users across employees and contractors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, from helpdesk triage to security hardening to vendor management and who understands the demands of a regulated industry. A background in financial services or another regulated environment is strongly preferred.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Administration : Manage Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Exchange Online for a distributed workforce.
- Endpoint & Mobile Device Management : Configure and secure laptops, tablets, and phones using Microsoft Intune.
- Remote Monitoring & Management : Oversee Atera RMM for monitoring, patching, and asset inventory.
- VoIP Systems : Administer 8x8 (preferred) including call flows, troubleshooting, and user provisioning.
- Cloud & Server Infrastructure : Manage Azure VMs, resource provisioning, patch cycles, and scalability.
- WordPress Server Management : Maintain WordPress environments : plugin updates, backups, and security hardening.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance : Enforce endpoint protection, encryption, MFA, and secure configuration consistent with SEC / FINRA expectations.
- Documentation : Maintain IT SOPs, onboarding / offboarding workflows, and disaster recovery plans.
- Helpdesk : First-line support for hardware, software, cloud, and VoIP issues with clear ticketing hygiene.
- Vendor & Procurement : Manage vendors, evaluate new tools, and inform procurement decisions.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of IT systems administration experience.Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune MDM and RMM tools (Atera, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, etc.).Familiarity with VoIP platforms (8x8 preferred; RingCentral / Vonage acceptable).Basic WordPress server administration (updates, backups, security).Strong grounding in cybersecurity practices; experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.Process-oriented with strong documentation habits; able to balance daily support with long-term systems improvement.Why Join Trek
