• Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions\n
• Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories\n
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients\n\nTravel RN Job Requirements\n
• Current Oklahoma RN license or compact / multi-state license accepted\n
• At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area\n
