As our team continues to grow, were looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our licensed sales agents in our Santa Cruz office.
This is an entry-level position with significant room for growth, offering the right candidate a long-term career path within one of the top-performing agencies in the country.
About the Role
This in-office support role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable using technology to help keep our team running efficiently. Youll work closely with our sales agents on a variety of support tasksfrom managing documents and client records to assisting with new client onboarding and post-sale follow-up.
