Lead Cleaner - DOWNTOWN CLE

Lakeside Facility Services is a locally owned commercial cleaning contractor servicing Cleveland, Akron and surrounding suburbs. We have a reputation of excellent service and response to our customers.

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to oversee one main location, having an insight on the requirements that meet the standards of this facility. This will include, but is not limited to, knowledge of cleaning requirements.

ONLY THOSE WITH 3 YEARS, PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE SUPERVISING LARGE BUILDINGS AND MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Experience Needed:

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday and one weekend day of your choice

• Professional knowledge and appearance is a MUST
• Inventory keeping correct par supply levels
• Training, Hiring and Disciplining
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to give and take instructions
• Ability to adjust to client needs and expectations
• Ability to work all shifts as your presence throughout the week is important to the success of the program. Will be responsible for filling in for call offs, for any shift 1st, 2nd, and or 3rd shift.

Pay: Base pay is commensurate with experience.
