Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment to support operational efficiency
• Accurately track, inventory, and maintain all company-owned production equipment and supplies
• Ensure production teams are equipped with fully functional tools and materials for daily schedules
• Perform minor repairs on vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime
• Monitor and replenish consumable materials to meet operational demands
• Maintain OSHA compliance and uphold safety standards across all facility areas
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve discrepancies in invoices, packing slips, and receiving reports
• Recommend equipment replacements or additions based on usage and condition assessments
• Provide safe and appropriate storage solutions for all materials and equipment
• Evaluate and improve warehouse systems and procedures for optimal performance
• Support production staff during after-hours and storm-related events as needed
