About the Position:

• Guaranteed Salary starting at $120,000 (depending on experience)
• Monthly Production Bonus= 21%
• $30,000 Sign on Bonus Package (we will help with relocation)
• $3000 CE + an additional week off in addition to PTO
• Dental Training with MidMark
• 3 weeks PTO
• Full Benefits + 401K Match
• 4 day work week max
