Job descriptionProvide primary medical care to patients of all ages. Serve as core faculty for family medicine residency program. Manage ambulatory Family Medicine practice, ensuring productivity standards. Promote patient satisfaction, considering environmental, social, and cultural factors. Contribute to Quality Improvement activities and practice evidence-based, cost-effective care. Implement preventative health schedules for continuity of care. Stay clinically competent with regular Continuing Medical Education. Maintain liaison with Partner Hospitals' medical staff and take calls for patients. Educate and train medical professionals, supervise residents, and oversee curriculum areas. Participate in program and curriculum quality improvement, collaborating with faculty. Prioritize personal and residents' wellness. Complete quality improvement and scholarly activity for accreditation requirements. Join the faculty of the Department of Family Medicine. Graduate of an Accredited Medical School Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA Registration Bilingual English / Spanish (required) Healthcare
