Job descriptionTroubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across plant equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals Install and maintain 3-phase motor controls, AC / DC circuits, and basic relay logic Support fabrication work, including cutting, welding, and layout planning You're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working on complex machinery. You bring a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, and you're ready to take your skills to a high-tech, high-performance environment. Starting Pay : $77,000 / year Shift Differential : $2 / hour for night shifts Quarterly Performance Bonus Relocation Assistance : Includes moving costs and transitional support Full Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, Paid Time Off Additional Perks : Tuition Assistance, Training Programs, Career Growth Annual pay starts at $77,000, with potential to increase based on experience. This base pay is calculated from an hourly rate, and night shifts receive an additional $2 / hour differential on top of the base. The role follows a 2 / 2 / 3 shift schedule and includes quarterly performance bonuses and relocation assistance. High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of trade school OR industrial maintenance experience Solid understanding of power transmission, fluid power, and electrical systems Background in metals, aerospace, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (day / night rotation or fixed shifts available)
