We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as gutter installers. While prior gutter installation experience is a bonus, we value hunger, humility, and smarts above all. If you're eager to learn and grow, recognize your strengths and weaknesses, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Qualifications :

• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions / seasons
• Ability to meet physical labor demands of position
• Interest in growing with the company
• Be a team player
• A desire to establish a positive work culture
• Willingness to work overtime (preferred, not required)
• OSHA certification and / or ladder safety training (preferred, not required)
• Gutter installation / construction experience (preferred, not required)

Minimum Qualifications :

Compensation : Pay starts at $16 to $28 per hour, with ample opportunities for growth within the company. We believe in rewarding dedicated team players who contribute to the success of our company.
