What You'll Be Doing

As our Garde Manger, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen team by :

• Preparing and presenting cold dishes, including salads, charcuterie, hors d'oeuvres, and more.
• Ensuring all dishes meet our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to design and execute creative menu items.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
