Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Provide post‑sale support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition.
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar position in automotive, retail, sales, or hospitality industries. Highline automotive experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.Self‑motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrates hospitality quotient : kindness, optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self‑awareness, and integrity.Physical Requirements
