The Proctor / Events Assistant assists in running the actual assessment of medical students at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, as well as assisting with on- / off-campus events throughout the year.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Proctor / Events Assistant at Hackensack Meridian Health includes :

• Lead the clinical skills lab by assigning participants to appropriate rooms, timing an activity, setting up rooms.
• Collects and organizes paperwork.
• Locates specific Standardized Patients for encounters and assists them to the designated areas.
• Checks in / out Standardized Patients.
• Fields student questions, and requests staff assistance when needed.
• Administers CBSE NBME Subject Exams, and other SOM exams, under supervision of a SOM trained 'master' proctor.
• Troubleshoots computer issues.
• Assists with events hosted by the SOM or the students
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

Compensation

Starting at $26.12 Hourly
