A national developer-builder with a strong presence in Texas is hiring a Project Engineer for a 300+ unit ground-up multifamily project in Fort Worth, with a follow-up assignment already lined up in Arlington.

If you’re early in your career (1–3 years of experience) and want to learn how large-scale podium and wrap-style projects are built from the inside, this is a chance to join a team that runs construction in-house, not as a 3rd-party GC.

Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in tracking submittals, RFIs, and material deliveries
  • Support daily coordination with field and office teams
  • Maintain logs, track cost codes, and support schedule updates
  • Help ensure quality, safety, and documentation are executed properly
  • Work under experienced PMs and Supers on high-profile multifamily work

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction (internships or full-time roles)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized on active jobsites
  • Eagerness to grow into a Project Manager or Superintendent role over time
  • Familiarity with Procore or construction software is a plus
