FTE : 1.0, Shift : Day, Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts, 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm, Rotating weekends

Additional Job Description Summary / Responsibilities / Requirements :

• In addition to direct patient care, this role encompasses responsibilities for training, mentoring, and precepting new team members, students, and interns as delegated, supporting the ongoing development of a high-performing and compassionate care team.
• Serve as a preceptor for new social workers, interns and students, providing guidance, mentorship, and support during onboarding and training.
• Facilitate training sessions and contribute to the development of educational materials to enhance staff competencies in case management and psychosocial care.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and implement best practices in social work and emergency department case management.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or precepting new staff or students is highly desirable.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $33.19 - $47.75 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
