Nursing Supervisor - Full-Time (40 hours per week) - Competitive Salary

What You Need to Apply :

Registered Nurse (RN) New Jersey license required

Two years of experience with the target population

Supervisory experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with health records, medications, and documentation

Knowledge of community health resources

Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.

Position Overview : As a Nursing Supervisor , you will provide administrative and clinical supervision to nursing personnel and medication case management staff within psychiatric programs. You will ensure adequate levels of clinical staff supervision, skill development, and support, while also coordinating and responding to the needs of other program elements. Your responsibilities will include conducting nursing assessments for A+ group home residents, developing and facilitating groups on health practices, self-medication administration, nutrition, and other related topics. You will also provide strategies to assist residents with medication adherence and help them work toward independent self-care.

Demonstrates competency in delivering Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Universal Substance Abuse Screening, effectively engaging individuals served through engagement, assessment, and intervention.
