Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician

Location : Avon, MA

Schedule : 1st Shift, 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm

Compensation : $29.00–$34.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience

A day in this role

When your shift begins at 7 : 00am, you’ll review maintenance tickets and walk the production floor to prioritize tasks. From calibrating sensors and aligning components to diagnosing a stubborn mechanical fault, you’ll make sure our equipment runs safely and efficiently so customers get the quality they expect—right on time.

What you’ll tackle

• Plan and perform routine service : cleaning, lubrication, alignment / adjustments, and calibration.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery; source and install replacement parts.
• Execute preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to maximize uptime.
• Analyze failures and recommend upgrades to boost availability, capability, and yield.
• Diagnose complex equipment issues and resolve root causes.
• Create clear technical reports documenting modifications and maintenance procedures.
