HIRING IMMEDIATELY! We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Security Shift Lead in the Whitestown, IN area. This position is 2nd shift with a pay rate of $18.50 / hr -paid weekly. Requirements :

• 1+ years of shift lead experience.
• 1+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Previous scheduling and truck gate experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
• High school diploma is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.

A Shift Lead is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the site, assist the Site Supervisor, maintain and enforce security policies and procedures as outlined by the SOPM and Employee Handbook, and maintain exceptional customer service with the client. A Shift Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Lead will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
