Job descriptionImplementation Phase : Lead the implementation of the Global HCP Engagement System; Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation; Coordinate with the vendor to ensure that all technical and functional requirements are met, and that the system is configured correctly. Post-Implementation Phase : System Administration; System Maintenance; Monitor system performance and address any issues or bugs promptly; Provide ongoing support to end-users; Conduct regular training sessions and refresher courses to ensure continued user proficiency; Enhancements and Improvements; Gather feedback from users to continuously improve system functionality and user experience. Proven experience in system implementation and project management. Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements. Proficiency in system administration and data management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Familiarity with HCP engagement systems and related software. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Overview
HCP System Implementation & Administrator
Pay : $75-80 / HR
Duration : 5 months
Location : This person can work onsite in Cambridge, Hybrid, or fully remote.
Part time – 20hrs / week
What We are looking for
- Proven experience in system implementation and project management.
- Strong experience in compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements.
- Experience with HCP engagement systems and related software.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
