RN Nurse Manager - Med-Surg | Full-Time | Days
- Location : Davie, FL
- Schedule : Full-Time | Rotating Weekends
- Compensation : $38.52 - $53.70 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Sign-On Bonus : Case-by-Case Basis
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead a Medical-Surgical Unit in a dynamic, patient-centered healthcare setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational oversight, and a commitment to quality care . The Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring staff performance, regulatory compliance, and departmental efficiency while fostering a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities
🔹 Current RN License in Florida (or Compact Licensure eligibility)
🔹 Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
🔹 BLS Certification (Required within 30 days of start)
🔹 3+ years of clinical Med-Surg nursing experience in an acute care setting
