MRI Technologist- Full-Time - Sartell, MN

Schedule / Shifts : Temporary Full-Time assignment , 6 : 30am - 3pm, M - F.

Location : Clinic setting in Sartell, MN.

Pay rate :   Up to $75 , depending on experience! (Up to $3,000 / week)

  • This is a temporary assignment expected to last around 13 weeks with the potential for it to extend longer!

    • What we ask of you :

  • Screen patients before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to the examination.
  • Prepares patients for MRI procedures, explaining the procedure, and positioning patient's body parts appropriately.
  • Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body used by physicians to diagnose and treat a patient's illness / injury with minimal supervision while providing patient support throughout the procedure. Adjust MRI scan parameters and dose reduction techniques as needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationships with radiology team, follow physician instructions precisely, and accurately maintain patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS).
  • Maintain a clean work area promoting good safety habits for patients and co-workers, and maintain equipment in good working order, clean and disinfect after each use.
  • Maintain ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements, and ensure compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Assist with maintaining an updated MRI protocol manual and software upgrades, and monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as necessary.
  • All other duties as assigned.

    • What we require of you :

  • ARRT certification , current and in good standing.
  • Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience and comfort utilizing MRI equipment / techniques, experience with Hitachi Oasis 1.2T MR is preferred.
  • MRI certification is required.
