Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly first impression.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of OpenTable a plus but not required.
• A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
