• 7-on / 7-off schedule with core faculty teaching responsibilities
• Teaching role with academic appointment through university medical college
• Inpatient consults and IOP focus with resident supervision
• Manageable 1 : 5 call schedule with 24 / 7 resident coverage
• Supervise 3 - 4 residents and participate in structured didactics
• Comprehensive behavioral health center with multiple service lines
• Board certification in psychiatry required
• Active Florida license required or eligible to obtain promptly
