We here at Applied Product Solutions are looking for the next team member to join our team as a Project Coordinator. Who are we looking for?

The role has independent work and also team work on projects. Some responsibilities and examples include :
Customer Focused we are passionate about serving developers, engineers, and mechanical contractors by quoting / selling products and setting expectations.
We meet customers’ needs by maintain positive business relationships, understanding the industry and growing with it as it changes.
Product Knowledge - selecting and selling HVAC equipment and being able to recommend the right systems to our customers based on our expertise.
It’s important to understand (or learn) Applied Equipment, as well as light commercial equipment, air distribution and more.
Project Coordination Understanding how a commercial project works and how to coordinate multiple aspects of it throughout the customer’s experience is critical to a successful job.
You will be balancing this between
Attention to Detail critically important to balance attention to detail while also being able to handle multiple priorities at once.
Preparing documents for project hand offs is also essential.
Learning Focus - This position requires coordination with our vendors and maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Qualification Considerations
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator on commercial construction projects, though HVAC is preferred.
- This role is at least 85% inside the office, a potential for up to 15% outside customer or project visits
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
- Highly motivated and detail oriented
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a MUST
- Aptitude for problem solving and decision making
- Willing to travel for occasional training
- Comfortable prioritizing workflow
- Self-motivated and self-managed
