Advanced Pharmacist - Full-Time - Overlook

Job Description

• Specialty areas include but not limited to : Oncology / Infusion Center, Pediatrics / Neonates, Decentralized Roles (e.g., unit-based ED pharmacist)
• Proactively contributes to the decision-making process and / or the development of patient-centered care plans
• Finds mechanisms to optimize medication usage
• Participates in quality, safety and other project work related to the specialized area
• Assists in the development of policy and procedures

Oncology / Infusion

Education :

Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy with PharmD required

Current active registration and licensure with the State of New Jersey Board of Pharmacy required
