Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Network Operations Center Technician for our client in Kapolei. This is a direct hire role requiring satellite communications troubleshooting and maintenance experience.

Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain satellite and network systems from antenna to customer racks.
• Provide top-notch customer service and technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues using diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency procedures.
• Work with a variety of satellite equipment (antennas, transmitters, converters, etc.).
• Document activities and update internal systems.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements :

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $45,00 - 60,000 annually. Some flexibility exists with strong satellite experience.  This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
