Job descriptionAssociate or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of manufacturing processes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and / or experience in a manufacturing or technical sales environment. Family-owned and operated — values-driven and employee-focused. Technical Sales Representative
Hatfield, PA | Full-Time (Direct Hire) | Competitive Salary (DOE)
Join B&G Manufacturing Co., Inc. , a third-generation, family-owned precision manufacturer, as a Technical Sales Representative . In this role, you’ll combine your technical knowledge with your sales expertise to drive revenue growth, develop new business, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Generate revenue through proactive sales efforts and strategic account development.
- Maintain strong communication with existing customers — providing updates on product availability, pricing, and new programs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in partnership with the Director of Operations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and profitability.
- Provide post-sale support related to delivery, quality, and service issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, fastener specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure quality, service, and delivery goals are met.
