Event : SAGE Event — The LIGHT Movement

Dates : December 5-9, 2025

Location : La Forêt Conference & Retreat Center, Colorado Springs, CO

About the Role :

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled videographer to capture meaningful moments during our SAGE event—a deep-dive retreat of connection, somatic healing, and growth. This is a one-time commitment over the five days (Dec 5-9) at La Forêt in Colorado Springs.

What You’ll Do :

• Film key sessions, workshops, and candid moments that reflect the heart and energy of the event.
• Work with our team to identify “must-capture” moments (opening, closing, breakout, movement work, etc.).
• Optionally provide edited clips or raw footage (depending on your availability and preference).
• Ensure smooth capturing of audio and video in a retreat setting (indoor & outdoor).
• Collaborate with our team to plan and schedule filming logistics (locations, times, gear setup).
