CDL A OTR Truck Drivers Company and Lease Purchase Options

Hirschbach Motor Lines has immediate lease opportunities for independent contractors and company driver positions.

$800 Orientation Pay

Company Positions Offers :

  • Starting pay $.50 CPM- increased with tenure
  • Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive - $.05 to $.15 / mile incremental bonus above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period.
  • The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period
  • Medical, Dental, & 401K
  • Paid Time Off
  • Minimum Load Pay
  • Stop Pay, Detention Pay, and Breakdown Pay
  • Pet & Passenger Policy
  • Free SiriusXM & 24" SmartTV

Solo Lease Highlights

  • Mileage Pay Per Mile up to $2.85 per mile
  • Stop Pay
  • Pet & Passenger Policy
  • $0.99 / gallon fuel regardless of pump price
  • Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive - $.10 to $.30 / mile incremental bonus above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period
  • The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period
