• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.\n
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants\n
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care\n
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team\n
• Records the administration of medication\n
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility\n
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies\n
• Performs other duties as directed\n\nQualifications of the Registered Nurse include : \n
• An active RN license in the state of Arizona.\n
• Prior experience as an RN in a acute rehabilatation hospital.\n
• The desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.\n
• The ability to work flexible hours.\n
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.\n
• Must be efficent in electronical charting system.\n
• BLS(required) / ACLS (preferred)\n
• Current TB with in a year\n
• Physical within 6 months\n
