HDR is looking for a Texas Gulf Coast Water Business Development Manager to join our established and successful team. This position is responsible for leading marketing and business development activities to meet Net Fee Booked (NFB) goals, while positioning our TX Gulf Coast WBG for year-over-year growth across our four Market Sectors (Drinking Water, Wastewater, Water Resources Management, and Federal Water). This position will work closely with the TX Gulf Coast Water Business Group Manager, TX Gulf Coast Area Business Development Leader, Project Managers, Client Service Managers, Technical Leadership, and Business Operations Management to be successful in this role. Duties include : leading the development and implementation of an overall growth strategy; maintaining and expanding existing client relationships; identifying, establishing, and growing relationships with new target clients; developing market networks; positioning HDR for project opportunities that result in client selection and award; leading project pursuits, including development of winning approaches, preparation of proposals and presentations in collaboration with TX Gulf Coast marketing staff, quality review, and coaching presentation teams.
