About The Position

Position Description

Sunrise Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a nationally respected, high-acuity Level III NICU team in Las Vegas, NV.
This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, high-volume, and technologically advanced setting , with access to comprehensive pediatric subspecialties and cutting-edge neonatal interventions.
In this role, you will :
Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers (NNPs / PAs) .
Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU (average daily census ~60).
Manage complex and critical neonatal cases , including ELBW infants.
Utilize advanced neonatal technologies, including :
ECMO
Jet & oscillatory high-frequency ventilation
Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
Whole-body cooling for HIE
Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams .
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery .
Integrate care across a full pediatric ecosystem ( PICU, CVICU, pediatric ER ).
Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes.
Not accepting Locums or visa candidates.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Board Certification : Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - NNP-BC ( Required )

Education : Master's degree (or higher) in Nursing with NNP certification ( Required )

Licensure : Nevada State License (or willingness to obtain) ( Required )

DEA & CSR / CDS : Must be obtained prior to start ( Required - no exemptions )

Clean malpractice / license history : Highly Preferred
